Once your order has been dispatched, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Since our spices are perishable and require optimal storage conditions, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the items have left our warehouse.
2. Refund Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made before the shipment is processed. Once your order is shipped, the refund request will no longer be applicable.
